Refining focus: a new look at a coastal independent investigation

There is more to coasts than management and longshore drift! This tutorial explores ways to refine a broad interest in coasts into a meaningful independent investigation. Students will develop skills in making good use of secondary sources to do this and we share some more unusual data collection techniques to inspire them with the breadth in the range of topics.
